Shafaqat Khan ND, Herb Med, MAMH (Shifa Herbs Consultant/Founder) was born in the Midlands in 1973. He studied Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy and Iridology
Shafaqat Khan ND, Herb Med, MAMH is a full practitioner member of the Association of Master Herbalists.
He previously studied Applied Biology and Human Physiology at Universities in Leicester and London respectively.
As a Naturopathic Herbalist Shaf has trained in the following therapies:

The specialist training years in Herbal Medicine involved an in depth study of Western, Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The professional training conducted at the College of Naturopathic Medicine involved 450 clinical hours under supervision of some of the countries most respected herbal healers. The professional training has provided Shaf with a range of alternative diagnostic tools which include Chinese face, tongue, nail and pulse analysis. The study of the Iris (coloured part of the eye) i.e. Iridology plays an integral part in his consultations
As a naturopath the mind, body and spirit are all carefully considered in the establishment for a path of well being.
Western, Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbology are one of the principle treatment protocols used. He is actively engaged in strengthening his knowledge of the healing arts and will always continue to seek knowledge from all cultures of the world. He has found his soul’s purpose and living his dream. Shafaqat previously ran a Herbal practice amongst GP’s in a medical centre.
